There, at doc18 universe, we found the brilliant campaign from Onitsuka Tiger sneackers, called Made of Japan.
The site features a sneaker with thousands thumbnails images.
When rolled over, each of the images display a pop up with links to Japanese blogs and sites about people, places, culture etc.

What a clever way to communicate origin of a brand which is also an important brand asset in this case.
